S is for Saturday! Also for some serious carbs pre race day.
Breakfast: Salad with scones
Lunch: Steak with sourdough and Stone Smoked Porter
Dinner: Seriously large plate of spaghetti (which I did not finish)
Off to bed for an early morning tomorrow. Wish me luck!
