I is for ICE CREAM! and ICED TEA!….but mostly ICE CREAM!
Despite some awesome suggestions from friends, I figured to muscle out today with just ice cream and iced tea as a) I didn’t have time to go to the grocery store yesterday or today and b) I had no booze to make Irish coffee. So, breakdown:
Breakfast: Half pint Blue Bell Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream. Two glasses of iced tea.
Lunch: Full pint of Blue Bell Happy Trails Ice Cream.
Dinner: Remainder of Cookie Dough Ice Cream and more iced tea.
Sugary beverages and iced cream for three meals of the day. It is a child’s dream! Tomorrow should involve fewer glucose spikes. My pancreas will thank me.
